Kamado Warranty

Every BBQ-BITS Kamado comes with a warranty covering faults in materials and workmanship. For any claim to be covered under warranty, the issue must be confirmed as a fault with the product itself, rather than damage caused by incorrect use, accidental damage, wear and tear, weathering, lack of maintenance, or improper assembly.

Ceramic Components

The ceramic body of our Kamado X carries a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults with the ceramic components. It does not cover accidental damage, impact damage, chips, cracks, misuse, incorrect assembly, or damage caused by the product not being used or positioned correctly.

Metal Parts

Metal, stainless steel, and cast-iron components of the Kamado X BBQ carry a Limited Five Year Warranty for the original purchaser.

BBQ-BITS makes every effort to use materials that resist rust, and we use high-temperature paint on metal surfaces. However, metal materials and protective coatings can be compromised by scratches, chemicals, weather exposure, or general use over time.

The warranty on metal, stainless steel, and cast-iron components does not cover rust, oxidation, fading, or other cosmetic blemishes unless these issues cause the component to fail or lose structural integrity due to a product fault.

Wooden Parts

Wooden components on the Kamado, such as the side tables and handle, carry a Limited One Year Warranty.

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship. It does not cover natural weathering, fading, splitting, cracking, or damage caused by exposure to the elements, unless there is a loss of structural integrity caused by a product fault.

Temperature Gauge

The temperature gauge carries a Limited One Year Warranty against faults in materials and workmanship.

Pizza Ovens

We offer a Two Year Warranty on all of our pizza ovens.

Before manufacturing, we worked with industry experts on the design, fit, and function of our pizza ovens to ensure we produced a high-quality product. We selected what we believe to be some of the best-performing and most reliable materials available, which is why we back our pizza ovens with a Two Year Warranty.

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, wear and tear, cosmetic marks, weathering, or damage caused by incorrect use or maintenance.
