Kamado Warranty
Every BBQ-BITS Kamado Carries a Lifetime Warranty for Materials and Workmanship.
Ceramic Components
BBQ-BITS Ceramic parts carry a LIFETIME WARRANTY with us. There are some exceptions which we have explained below.
Metal Parts
Metal, stainless steel and cast-iron components of the Kamado BBQ carry a Limited Five Year Warranty to the original purchaser.
The BBQ-BITS Kamado makes every effort to use materials that resist rust. We also use high temperature paint on metal surfaces. However, metal materials and protective coatings can be compromised with scratches or certain chemicals. The Warranty on metal, stainless steel and cast iron components does not cover rust, oxidation, fading or other blemishes, unless it also causes these components to fail or lose structural integrity.
Wooden Parts
Our wooden items on the Kamado such as our side tables and handle, have a Limited One Year Warranty. These are not covered from weathering or cracks. The only exception is if there’s a loss of structural integrity.
Gauge
Our temperature Gauge has a Limited One Year Warranty.
Pizza Ovens
We offer a 2 year warranty on all of our pizza ovens. If you have any trouble with your oven, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our all to help.
Before the manufacturing process we spoke to many experts regarding design, fit and function of our Pizza Ovens to make sure we produce the best quality product on the market. Eventually we found what we believe to be the best performing and reliable materials in the industry, which is why we back ourselves with a 2-year warranty on all our Pizza Ovens.
